We at Gazelles International pride ourselves on being experienced, successful Professional Coaches and carefully screen all applicants to our Coaching Association. We also recognize that a decision to potentially join Gazelles International is a mutual "due diligence" process and wish to ensure that coaching associate applicants have all of their important decision making questions answered by our staff, or by speaking with an existing Coaching Associate member.
The five threshold qualifications to be considered for membership in the Gazelles International Coaching Association include:
Coaching Association Applicants share all or the majority of our Core Values , and are willing to sign and commit themselves to the Gazelles International Code of Ethics.
Coaching Association Applicants are substantially engaged in providing Business Management Services to mid-market firms of $5MM to $100MM in revenue with 15 to 250+ employees.
The Principal Gazelles Coaching Associate in the firm has at least three years or more, of proven, successful experience consulting with mid-market-sized organizations.
The Principal Gazelles Coaching Associate in the firm has a successful track record in "C level" Management, and in successfully growing their Consulting\coaching Services business.
Coaching Associate Applicants are committed to Personal and Professional Development on an ongoing basis.

Certification (upon acceptance and completion of the Gazelles International Certification process) as a Gazelles Coaching Associate, which provides access to advanced (next generation) Intellectual Property, resources and online tools; and the approval to host and present local "Mastering the Rockefeller Habits" workshops in your primary MSA of record in order to generate revenue and new client opportunities.
