How do I qualify as a Coaching Associate?
We
look for several important criteria in qualifying Coaching Associates for
Gazelles International. Individuals and firms making application should:
be
substantially engaged in providing current
business coaching and\or management
consulting services to mid-market firms with clients having between 10
and 250 employees, or greater and\or $1MM to $250MM in annual revenue
have at
least half of the individuals in the coaching firm, or the Principal
Gazelles Coaching Associate in the firm, needs to haveat least three years of proven,
successful experience consulting with mid-market-sized organizations,
or greater
possess a successful track record in executive-level
management and leadership, and in growing their own
coaching\management consulting business
have a commitment to personal and
professional development on an ongoing basis, for both themselves and
for the people in their firm

Starting the
Application Process
Once you have a good grasp of Gazelles and our coaching approach, if you
are ready to move forward, follow these steps:

schedule an exploratory telephone conversation with Keith Cupp.
After
our discussion if we feel it is a good fit both ways, you will need to
provide:
a professional profile (CV) and 3 references for us
to speak with in due time (2 business client references and 1 character
references).
a summary business overview on how you plan to use
Gazelles resources and relationships in your firm (2-3 paragraphs). The purpose
of this document is to provide visibility into the locations, number of coaches
and overall fit of Gazelles into your business.
completion of an online Selling Skills and Personal
Strengths Assessment.
We will
provide you a Return on Investment profile, Our Brand Promise and Benefits
and any other documentation that will help you in your investigation and
decision making process - including access to other Gazelles International
Coaching Associates with which to speak live.
The
application and due diligence process takes between 2-4 weeks to complete
together.
The
Acceptance Process
After we
have both completed our due diligence process, we will schedule a final
call to answer any remaining questions and then make a decision on to
proceed (offer acceptance as a Coaching Associate or discontinue the
application process).
If we
are in agreement to proceed, you will provide your legal business name and
address and Gazelles International will prepare a Coaching Associate
Agreement for your execution along with a Billing Authorization Form. Upon
return of these documents and payment, you will be accepted into Gazelles
International.
The New
Gazelles Coaching Associate
Once accepted, orientation will be your first step as a new Gazelles
Coaching Associate. You will receive a new Coaching Associate Startup Package.
You will also be assigned a 90-day Gazelles mentor and invited to the
semi-annual Coaches and Growth Summits, which are held the third week in April
and October each year. Registration costs are covered by your dues. Your cost
will only be travel, lodging or any one time special events.
As a new Coaching Associate, you will be listed with a profile on the
Gazelles Web site http://www.gazelles.com/coach_overview.html. You will
also be provided with a press release to announce through the media your new
relationship with Gazelles. Finally, you will have access to the Gazelles
Executive Coaching Certification Program to become a certified Gazelles
Coaching Associate.

a Gazelles Coaching Associate can truly make a difference in your business and

What does it cost to be a Coaching Associate?
To
affiliate as a Coaching Associate with Gazelles, each selected new Coaching Associate firm pays a
one-time Initiation Fee of either $3,000.00 (North
America), or (if you are a non-North America-based Consultant) the initiation
fee may be less based on your countries' economics. Coaching Associates pay quarterly
dues of $750 USD per quarter and for firms with 3 or more Coaching Associates,
there is a discounted dues payment.
The Initiation Fees cover the costs of administering the set-up of
your membership in the Gazelles International Coaches Association, as well as
receiving our New Coaches Orientation Package, which includes a copy of the
Rockefeller Habits Program DVD, for Training Purposes.
The Quarterly Dues pay
for the ongoing association of each designated Coach as an Associate;
covers Monthly Networking Conference Calls and Attendance at the two
annual Gazelles International Coaches Summits and Gazelles Growth Summits
(held in the Spring and Fall of each year), to sustain professional
education; Access to our "Coaches-Only" website pages, with proprietary
Tools; and significant discounts on Gazelles Programs, Products and
Services which you can mark up to your Clients and bank the difference
between Discount and Retail pricing; and a Coaching Associate Listing on
our "Find a Coach" Gazelles Website Page.
All Initiation Fees, Quarterly Dues, and any other
Gazelles International Product/Services Fees are payable by Charge Card only -
Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Further, at additional cost
($2,500 plus travel and lodging), you can elect to attend the 2-Day
Coaches-Only Advanced Certification Training, provided two times per year,
which allows you to purchase and utilize our exclusive "Coaches-Only" versions
of the latest Rockefeller Habits Products and Services profitably within your
own Client base. With this Training, you can also qualify to present your own
local Public and Private Client Workshops. There is an annual re-certification
professional development (educational) requirement, met by attending the
semi-annual Coaching Summit once (or more) a year. The annual re-certification
fee is $1000 to cover the training, content and venue.
What are my commitments as a Coaching Associate?
Your commitments are straightforward:
Once you are
approved as a Gazelles International Coaching Associate, sign and return
the simple Gazelles International Coaching Association Agreement, along
with your Billing Authorization Form to cover the Initiation Fee and your
first Quarter's dues.
Your
Association Agreement takes effect on a mutually agreed upon date,
entitling you to all the benefits of association with Gazelles
International as a Coaching Associate. Per Article II of the Agreement, it
shall be in effect for a term beginning on the Effective Date and ending
on the first anniversary thereafter, and shall automatically renew for
one-year terms in accordance with the agreement. In signing the
Association Agreement, the new Coaching Associate is making a one-year
full commitment to themselves and Gazelles International.
So long as
you pay your quarterly dues, your affiliation with Gazelles International
remains in full force and effect; you continue to enjoy all the benefits
of affiliation.
You may terminate
your Coaching Associate membership in Gazelles International after the first
full year, upon giving 90 days written notice directly to

your membership in accordance with these terms, you are eligible to move into
an "Inactive Coaching Associate" status for one year, in which case you can
reactive your membership within that year without paying any initiation or
reactivation fees.

affecting you as a Coaching Associate and on progress, events and
developments for Gazelles, Gazelles International or Gazelles Systems

observations on the world of business, best practices, consulting ideas,
and ways to strengthen relationships with clients
updates
via the monthly webinar \ conference calls with Coaching Associates (third
Monday of each month).
